[opencms-dev] removed mimetypes in OpenCms 10.5

Hi list,
we are currently upgrading a project from version 8.5.2 to 10.5.2.

When comparing the opencms-vfs.xml files of those versions, I can see, that some mimetypes were removed.
For example:

<mimetype extension=".dot" type="application/msword" />

I know, that I can simply add them, but I am curious to know, why they were removed?
