The reason why you cannot access user management or mountpoint managment
via the workplace is quite simple - those features are not implemented
in it yet.

These functions only work via the command shell so far, but will be
among the next features added. You can take a look into the prototype
also included in the zip-file how user management will look like, but we
didn't manage to include it in the first CeBIT release version, sorry.
