[opencms-dev] Installation fails

Hi all,

I've had the same problem while installing opencms 4.0 a23.
It went the first time the same as you described below,
while using Xerces 1.0.3

Following I tried to do so with Xerces 1.0.0 and all
worked fine. Hope that helps.
