I've had the same problems(Four mails before);-)

Check your zones.properties

it maybe contains the line

 servlet.opencms.code=com.opencms.core.OpenCmsServlet

in two times.

This line and the line beginning with
"servlet.opencms.initArgs=properties..."
should only appear *once*.
