[opencms-dev] english user interface?

The latest version of OpenCms (build 26) already includes a language
file for a english workplace (I am nut sure if build 25 had this one,
too, but I think so).

To switch the workplace from german to english you have to to the
following steps:

- Login as described in the installation instructions.

- When the workplace window opens, wait until it is loaded completly and
press on the preferences button (the "hammer icon").

- There select the third card ("Starteinstellungen" if I remember right)

- In the first selectbox on this card you can select the language

- Choose "English" and click the "OK" button - the workplace will be
reloaded in english. This language information is then stored for the
current user (should be the Admin), the language is individually set for
each user in the system.
