Hello CMS fans,

Is OpenCMS well-suited for managing multi-lingual 
websites?  In other words, a site that has the same
content replicated several times in different
languages.  More specifically, can OpenCMS, and the
components involved, handle double-byte character sets
(Chinese, Japanese, etc.)?
