[opencms-dev] CMSException : 22 Could not process OpenCms special XML tag

When i want to login to OpenCMS, i have thie error whit the detail :
processNode recieved an exception while handling XML tag "contextmenue"
by "handleAnyTag" for file explorer_files:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTarget Exception ....

What is the problem?

I have other problem with "create a new html file" : when i click
"finish" nothing except a message 'javascript error, type javascript
into location'
