[opencms-dev] create new project - folder not writeable??

hello,

i'm new to openCMS and i have some difficulties to create a new project (as
described in the handbook) because i could not create a new folder:

after the "new projects" dialog, this error-message appears:

The following folders were not writeable:[/examples/]
