[opencms-dev] template examples, mail, large documents

Hi,

My OpenCMS works!!!
First, but I need more examples for templates to understand this. 
Where can I get some?

Second, how should I install and configure the mail-component?

Third, I want to migrate an existing website with static html-content to opencms. There are also many pdf documents larger than 100kB. How can I set this documents as files in the webserver-document-tree but this documents are also known in the system (projects)?
