[opencms-dev] Problems

Hello All,

After a successful installation on windows NT, I am now trying to get
familiarized with using openCMS and I am running into some problems:

1) Following the instructions in the users guide, I created a new file.
Everything goes fine till I try and click on the file to view it. It then
gives me an error:

[opencms] 15 internal use only
detailed error: file /test.html - internal use only

The error shows that I have tried to create a test file called test.html in
the root directory

2) The same problem occurs when I try to create a template using the
template mechanism guide.

Any Ideas, as to why this might be happening ?
