AW: [opencms-dev] Critical error while loading resourcebroker.

For opencms I'm using version opencms_4.1.37 and for mysql driver version 
mm.mysql.jdbc-2.0pre5 and xerces version xerces-1_2_1.  I have copies of the 
mysql driver in both the ExternalComponents and opencms directories.  The 
servlet runs as user nobody and the database is local.
