[opencms-dev] problem creating a new project

Hi all,
   I'm having a problem creating a new project.  After filling out the 
information (ie. project name, description, etc..) and then clicking the OK 
button, I get this screen with a 'Please wait' message.  It appears to be doing 
nothing and freezes.  Any help on this.  Also, I have a public_html folder and 
subfolders that I like to import into opencms.  Anyone know how to go about
