AW: [opencms-dev] OpenCMS with JServ 1.1.2?

Hi Sascha,

the hello and IsItWorking Classes are working fine, but when I want to start
opencms with
http://mymachine.com/servlets/opencms/workplace/action/start.html
I get the error

ajp12[1]: cannot scan servlet headers (500)

in the mod_jserv.log. JServ FAQ (java.apache.org/faq) says, the reasons may
be wrong paths (looked at them over and over again), wrong file permissions
to logs (but logs are written) or the JVM is not able to start.

Perhaps I have wrong file permissions in the opencms directory
(/usr/local/opencms4.1.45/). I have set them to 744 or 755 for every file /
directory. Is this ok? Should the owner be nobody / wwwrun?

Regards,

Udo

Hi Udo,
im using Jserv 1.1.2 and Open CMS 40.30 on Linux and I've no problems with
it.But I dont't know what's the problem in your case.
Does any example-servlet work on your machine?
