Hi Jan,
first of all I think you have forgotten the "-" in your
wrapper.bin.parameters. You have also to be sure that you really have 64 MB
memory in your machine. On my machine (it´s Linux but I think with Windows
it will be the same) I have the following line in the jserv.properties file:
wrapper.bin.parameters=-mx64M
Concerning the path to your repositories I think you have to use the syntax
for Windows plattforms like:
c:\[servlet path]\...
