[opencms-dev] Export website

Hi there,
can anybody tell me if there's a possibility to export a whole website lying
in one folder of the virtual file system of Open CMS to an existing folder
on the server- or the client-machine? It seems to me that the whole XML-Code
of the published webpages resides in the MySQL database. So the published
sides do not exist on the server for real.
Any help would be appreciated.
