[opencms-dev] OpenCMS on BEA WebLogic

All,

here's what to do to get OpenCMS up and running on BEA WebLogic.
The steps described here are not yet optimsed e.g. for using connection
pooling or things like that. I've added the instructions to file
install.txt as
of OpenCMS version 4.1.53, see the attachment for details.
