AW: [opencms-dev] Tomcat 3.2.1 - Small Problem

Ok. So we have opposite problems :) The GUI editor works perfectly for
me. The Text editor does not. The broken image icon appears below the
navigation icons for the the editor.

I've just discovered something interesting....

Using IE 5 - I can use the WYSIWYG editor. Trying to Edit Controlcode or
switch from the WYSIWYG to the Text editor doesn't completely work (the
broken image with the navigation bar).

In Netscape Communicator 4.6 the WYSIWYG editor does not come up at all.

So I RTFM.... I don't think it has anything to do with Tomcat.

See page 21 of the template guide for more info:
http://194.8.217.226/download/OpenCMS_eng.pdf

You can get Le Edit @ http://www.aysoft.com/ledit/share.htm
Once I installed the 32bit OCX part of the package, things work just fine
in IE.

I must have had the DHTML Active X controller installed from somewhere else
(or its just included in IE5... dunno)

Anyway - You might be able to download it from here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/dhtml/edit/default.asp

Hope this helps.

Steve

PS: Side note to the document keepers - it might be nice to have these
items listed as necessary components - and a clear recomendation to use IE
4 or higher.
