Hi!

I still have a problem when I work with a frameset.

After I have changed a template the header and the navigation have to
reload. How can I do this?
 
Is there a posibility of reload a special frame in a frameset? I am in the
body and I want to know the source of the header or the navigation. How can
I get this information?
