[opencms-dev] Start-Error: ? UNKNOWN DATABLOCK details

Hello,

Starting OpenCms with
http://localhost/servlets/opencms/system/workplace/action/login.html

I get always a corrupt login-message-page 
Under "Detail verbergen" (Hide details)  I can read :

   ? UNKNOWN DATABLOCK details

I am using the standard installation 
(I knew this has worked one time where I could login normal)


What can be wrong here ???
