did you forget this step:

mysql opencms41 < config/mysql.sql

from within the opencms install directory???

now (thanks to stephan hartmann) but the errors occure again ... i have no 
php installed here and so i can't take phpMyAdmin to check it ... if i look 
via "mysql opencms41" in the db and make "show tables" i don't see anything 
:( any hints ?!
