[opencms-dev] Bug ??? in ressource type management

Hi,
 
I'm using an older Version ( 4.1.50) of OpenCMS. Everytime I click on
resource type managment, i got an 404 Error. here's a cut from the logfile:

anything else works fine. 
 
Is this a bug, and how can I fix it. upgrade to an newer version ??? If I
have to install a newer version, what's the best way to do this.
