[opencms-dev] error after setup: unknown DATABLOCK details.

After i've setup opencms 4.2 as described in the "How to", i can't log
in. ( step 8. )

When i try to access the login-page i get an error message saying "?
UNKNOWN DATABLOCK details".
When i reload the page, i get a "service temporarely unavailable". I
have to restart apache to get to the errormessage again.

jserv.log shows nothing interesting, but opencms.log has those entries:
