[opencms-dev] Problems installing Opencms 4.2

You should copy the pics forlder from the workplace folder to the webroot
folder of your webserver.
on apache it should be like D:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs that
means <Apache Installation directory>\htdocs
