[opencms-dev] no demo and other data included

Hello,

I installed the OpenCMS 4.2 with Apache/JServ. It seems to work, but i don't
find the demo data included. The only folders in the Root-Folders are:
content,download,moduledemos,pics and system.

Furtermore i have no templates to choose from while creating a new page.

Some ideas how to install the example data and the templates?
