[opencms-dev] 4.3.1 causes same problems as in 4.2

Hello all,

we have reinstalled OpenCMS 4.3.1, because of our known problems with creating new projects (no write permissions in any folder) in OpenCMS 4.2. Our System is a Windows NT 4.0 SP6a System with Apache 1.3.19 and IIS 4.0 using TomCat 3.2.1. It works well, but if we want to create a new project an error occurs in the TomCat-console. The error description ist listed below:

java.lang.NullPointerException
        at org.apache.tomcat.core.RequestImpl.getSession(RequestImpl.java:480)
        at org.apache.tomcat.facade.HttpServletRequestFacade.getSession(HttpServletRequestFacade.java:387)
        at com.opencms.file.CmsRequestContext.getSession(CmsRequestContext.java:165)
        at com.opencms.workplace.CmsAdminNewProjectThread.run(CmsAdminNewProjectThread.java:62)

We think this could be the reason.

Has anyone the same problems. Please help.
