[opencms-dev] Projects under OpenCMS

Hi,

some questions about the useage of opencms.
The system works fine.
Normally If I would change the contents of a html site I have to create a 
project and I have to assign user rights. After the changes were made the 
project has to be relesed.

Thats not the best for my needs.
Is it possible to create a project, in which I can assign rights to different 
users, they change the sites and also the users itself can publish the site.
So the project would be exists all the time even the user rights.

Is this possible with opencms?
