ich bedanke mich für die ausführliche Antwort.
Ich bekomme auch bei den Bildern die ich in eine Seite einbinde eine
Fehlermeldung: Sobald ich auf die Grafik in einer durch OpenCMS erstellten
Seite klicke, kommt ein JavaScript - Fehler.

Wie komme ich an die published Seiten bzw Site heran, wenn ich sie "per
Hand" auf einen WebSpace uploaden muß?

Hello Ron,

you write that you cannot find the resoucres you created in OpenCms in your
local filesystem. Not very surprising, since OpenCms does NOT store them in
the filesystem, but in its database, useing its own virtual filesystem
there.

After publishing a project all modified resources are transfered to the
online project and the other project is deleted. So if you want to edit
those resources again, you have to create a new project containing the
resources you want to modify.

As it was posted in this list before, we are currently working on the
project mechanism to make it faster and as a side effect, you will also be
able to keep your projects after publishing.

Hallo Thomas,

darf ich mich einschalten?

Deine Konfiguration ist auch meine, allerdings habe ich wohl ein Problem.
Ich bekomme bei der Initialisierung einen Java Fehler, anonsten war alles
Fehlerfrei. Ich kann Dir jetzt leider nicht genau den Fehler nennen, da
muesste ich nochmal nachschauen.
Jedenfalls funktioniert mein OpenCMS wahrscheinlich Fehlerfrei, jedoch
verschwindet ein neu angelegtes Projekt nach der Veröffentlichung
aus dem OpenCMS Filesystem.
Ebenso kann ich nirgends auf der Festplatte meine in OpenCMS angelegten
Ordner und Files wiederfinden.
Ich kann allerdings einen Bedienfehler nicht ausschliessen, leider habe ich
in der Doku nichts zu diesem Thema finden können.

Sagt Dir das Ganze etwas?

I've  installed OpenCMS on W2K with apache, and mySQL and it's working
fine.
What  do you want to know in detail?
