Hello,

the Editors, mainly the WYSIWYG-Editor, are the big problem of OpenCMS.
Especially the missing Link-Handling, which seems to be a result of using
the Microsoft-Editor, is a real drawback. Wouldn't it be good to build a
small team of developers for this issue? I think that at least one of the
members of the OpenCMS group should take part in the team to ensure a proper
integration into the system. Or is there already a roadmap for such a tool?

Would be nice to here comments. Or even better: volunteers ;)

Michael

Hello,

Maybe good alternative for IE's activex control is editor written using
JavaScript and DHTML. With event handlers (onkeypressed, onmousedown,
etc.) and [object].innerHTML manipulation this should be not so hard.

Greetings,
