[opencms-dev] Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

I have follow the installation notes for OpenCms 4.3.x (I have version
4.3.22).
In step 8 "Now your system is ready" trying to access to
http://my.server/servlets/opencms/system/workplace/action/login.html I
get an 500 internal server error

In the jserv.log file I can see ...
