Andreas,
Thank you for your response. I will rename classes12.zip to .jar.
I would certainly like to use the OraclePlSql-resourcebroker, however, I
do not know how to set it up on my own and not use the wizard. Could you
please provide me some details regarding that or is information
regarding that available some where?
- Amol.

Hi,
please try to rename classes12.zip into classes12.jar. Tomcat currently
don't loads any jar's with the extension zip.
For Oracle you can use the OraclePlSql-ressourcebroker instead of the
generic one, but you have to set up OpenCms on your own (not using the
wizard).
Regards,
Andreas

Betreff: [opencms-dev] OpenCms and Oracle
Hello,
I was able to successfully install OpenCms with mySQL. However, when I
try to setup Oracle using the "genericsql" resource broker, I get this
error in the setup wizard:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
Seems like my classpath or OracleDriver setup is wrong. I have copied
Oracle's classes12.zip file in /lib and /oclib folder (and several other
folders too). I would appreciate it if any one can provide some
guidance!
Environment: Windows NT, Oracle 8.1.5, Tomcat 3.3 b1
Thanks,
Amol.
