[opencms-dev] WG: installation of opencms: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Hello,

I want to install the opencms system.  Every time I try to initialize
the database with the command 

java -mx64M -classpath
/opt/opencms_4.3.22/oclib/opencms.jar:/usr/local/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/lib/xerc
es.jar:/usr/local/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/lib/mm.mysql-2.0.2-bin.jar:.
com.opencms.core.CmsShell config/opencms.properties <
config/cmssetup.txt

I get the error: 
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
source/org/apache/java/util/ConfigurationsRepository

My configuration is: 
-j2sdk1.3
-Tomcat 4.0
-MySQL 3.23.36
