[opencms-dev] Getting Started; Problems Publishing

Hi,

this is my first installation of opencms. I tried to install and publish the
demo-website from www.opencms.org.
After publish, the only thing I see is the xml code like
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
- <page>
 	 <CLASS>com.opencms.template.CmsXmlTemplate</CLASS>
  	<MASTERTEMPLATE>/content/templates/start</MASTERTEMPLATE>
- <ELEMENTDEF name="body">
 	 <CLASS>com.opencms.template.CmsXmlTemplate</CLASS>
 	 <TEMPLATE>/content/bodys/index.html</TEMPLATE>
  </ELEMENTDEF>
  </page>

Is this normal?!?!? What am I doing wrong??
