[opencms-dev] generating pdf files

Hi,

thanks much. that's it.

Manfred, when I tried to upload pdfs via synchronization
OpenCms set "pdfpage" type but it expected to be xml template
for PdfLauncher.

So ordinary PDFs must be set as plain or binary.

Andreas, could you send me please format of mimetypes.properties file
because I haven't that file in my installation at all.
Is not distributed with standard installation?
