[opencms-dev] Previewing uploaded files problem

Hi All,

Has anybody experienced the case where an uploaded file (MS Word, PDF, MS
PowerPoint, etc) cannot be previewed?  Although we can access the published
file, selecting the file from the OpenCms Workspace produces a message box
"Internet Explorer cannot download XYZ.ppt", although there are no errors
reported in the server console.  The opencms logfile reports an IO error
and a broken pipe error each time (CmsDumpLoader).
