[opencms-dev] hook on publish event

Hi All,

is there place where I can hook my own callback on publish event
without rebuilding OpenCms sources?

Still one unrelated problem.
I'm regularly using synchronization during work on my projects.
In rare cases happens that file on disk is replaced with older
version from VFS.
Though occurrence of this problem is rare and random it's malicious.

Did anyone else observe this problem?
