[opencms-dev] Projectmanager/Projectuser checkboxes on Edit Group page

Does anyone know what the purpose of the
Projectmanager/Projectuser checkboxes on the Edit
Group page is?

I did a quick look through the code, it looks like
they change the value of GROUP_FLAGS in the group
table, but I cannot find anyplace where the value is
used for anything meaningful.

I'm probably just missing something.
