[opencms-dev] OpenCMS install error (Win2K+JDK1.4+Tomcat4.1)

Hi *,

I get the following error when deploying the war and clicking on the ocsetup link:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException
	at org.apache.jasper.runtime.JspRuntimeLibrary.handleSetProperty(JspRuntimeLibrary.java:534)
	at org.apache.jsp.index_jsp._jspService(index_jsp.java:59)

root cause:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: java.lang.NullPointerException
	at com.opencms.boot.CmsSetup.setBasePath(CmsSetup.java:126)

Is this a well-known (but poorly-documented) problem? I have tried setting CATALINA_OPTS and using Tomcat standalone (not as NT service) to no avail. Any pointers would be appreciated.
