[opencms-dev] Versions 5.0 beta 1 and Flex alpha 1

The 5.0 beta _is_ the merge of the Flex JSP version into the main
OpenCms development branch.
This means that the Flex alpha 1 is outdated and should not longer be
used.
Use the 5.0 beta instead.
