[opencms-dev] Include a HTML-File?

Hello, List,
is it possible to include a html-file inside a xml-template like it can
be done with cms:include file="..." in JSP-Templates? I can't use
JSP-templates because I am using the static export feature of openCms.
In other words: Is there something like:
<elementdef name="includedFile">
  <page>test.html</page>
</elementdef>?
