[opencms-dev] NullPointerException during setup of CVS:2002-12-15-18-58

Hello,

My Environment:

Server:
SuSE Linux 8.1 
SUN j2se 1.4.1 (build 1.4.1_01-b01)
tomcat 4.1.12

Client:
Windows XP Proffessional Edition with Service Pack1 (IE
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1)

During Setup of CVS version 15/12/2002 18:58 there was an exception (see
below).
Also trying CVS: 15/12/2002 22:30 (same day after some more changes) it
does not display "login" screen correct. (Exception occurs again during
setup)
Apart from this, they seem to work...
