Hi All,
We have encountered a strange situation - an installation of OpenCms which
has been running in production since May 2002 is now creating multiple
'temporary' files during editing, and we cannot delete them.
The files take the form of ~CorporateSL.html, ~CorporateSL.html0,
~CorporateSL.html1, ~CorporateSL.html2, ~CorporateSL.html3,
~CorporateSL.html4
and so on, but even as Admin we could not steal the lock, and to unlock
them we locked, then unlocked the directory containing the files -- but
then we cannot lock the files, nor copy them, or anything.
The error reported is
"[CmsException]: 2 Not Found Detailed Error:
[com.opencms.file.genericSql.CmsDbAccess]/default/vfs/pages/activities/ServiceLevels/~CorporateSL.html3"
Is this a sign of a corrupted database? How can we delete the files?
Thanks for any assistance,
Mark
Mark Foley
