[opencms-dev] Can't open in IE browser but can in OpenCMS workplace

Hello,

I'm new to opencms, and is using it for my studies' research.

I have problem to display opencms pages directly from browser on desktop using IE. (such as test.html), but I can open the same pages through opencms workplace. 

I am currently using OpenCMS 5.0 rc 1, tomcat 4.0.6 and jdk1.4
