Had a similar problem too.

Try to recompile your own classes using the *new* opencms.jar as reference in your classpath.

Hans

Betreff: [opencms-dev] trouble with importing in 5rc1

Hello again,

I exported my sites from 5beta2 and I use some extended classes for our
navigation.

In the log I see:

services/jakarta/tomcat/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.12/logs/catalina.out <==
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
whenever I access a page.

The browser window says:

[nav] ??? com.opencms.core.CmsException: 0 Unknown exception. Detailed
error: User method getRealmNavRoot throwed an exception.
java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError.

Can anyone give a hint where to look?

The extended classes work in beta2. I installed rc1 with ocsetup with
all necessary options. I copied the new classes and startet tomcat.

Thanks,
Sven
