[opencms-dev] USER GUEST BY DEFAULT

Henry,

I am not sure I fully understand your question, but in case a user is
not authenticated otherwise, he is the "Guest" user by default. That
means OpenCms will always run with a user account of at last "Guest",
even if no special authentication was done.
