[opencms-dev] Trouble with locked files, unlockable by admin and solution

Hi there,

just a quick report of a bug (maybe):

A couple of files were still locked by a projekt-user.

I couldn't break the lock even as admin-user (errormessage: pls contact 
administrator, permission denied).

Publishing the project does the trick. All locks are gone then. New 
locks can be set.

PS: I needed to do this, because I changed names of templates. The 
control file (Steuerdatei?) still had the wrong mastertemplate name.
