[opencms-dev] JSP Pages in rc1 5.0

I am using OpenCMS RC1 5.0 and i want to use JSP's.
I created a Project, created Users and Projectmanagers.

As a projectmanager I tried to create a new JSP - no way, when using the
magic-stick, there appears no JSP.
I logged in as Admin, and the JSP Icon appears. I created a JSP as
Administrator, changed back to the projectmanager, the currently created JSP
cannot even edited.

My question is why? Is ther something wrong with my installation ? Did I
misunderstand the different project roles ?
