[opencms-dev] Anonymous access to published page?

Hello,
I got a problem  when publishing a page. 
I created a simple HTML-page with 
the permissions of 'Others' set to [r]ead and [v]iew.
I also set the property 'export' to 'false'. Then I 
published the page.
When I call the page in a browser I will always be
asked to enter username and password. Can anyone
explain me why I have to log in and how to disable it?
I want the page to be accessible to any anonymous webuser.
