[opencms-dev] Strange navigation behaviour in 5.0 rc2 [Repost]

Hi Frank,
good hint... If I rename the top level navigation index.html files to e.g. 
default.html, everything works fine. This seems to be a bug.
Could someone from the developers confirm this?
