[opencms-dev] Can not change default encoding

Hello Alex,


AVL> I want to change HTTP responses encoding to 'windows-1251'.
AVL> I 'set defaultContentEncoding=windows-1251' in  opencms.properties
AVL> and set 'CATALINA_OPTS=-Dfile.encoding=windows-1251'.  

I happened to to change class com.opencms.core.A_OpenCms
( private static String m_defaultEncoding = "windows-1251"; )
 to get necessary me HTTP respons.

 can be even so there is more light way?
