[opencms-dev] OpenCms installation error.

I seem to get  errors while importing the work space, and have included 
the errors in a attachment.
I'm using SAPDB as the database. As a result of this errors, I seem to 
get HTTP 500 errors when logging in. Anybody have any ideas ?
Also there are question marks in some of the text in open cms like this :
                                                                ?login?
What could cause this ?
